This may or may not be allowed in the forum so im going to post it anyway. If its not allowed feel free to delete it: Now for the info. So I have been calling Disney all day to add a room to my reservation, Unfortunately the system has been down ALL DAY. So my last try at 2020 Hrs I got to speak to a VERY nice CM. We got to talking about PIN codes and I asked him to explain how they work "playing ignorant" Among alot of interesting things he told me about which im not going to write he said you can book up to three rooms. So I asked him to elaborate on that three room part. He stated to me " If your family of four needed two rooms for your vacation and your neighbor wanted to go, you could book them under your pin for the third room". So to make ure I herd him correctly I stated "so it doed not nessesarily have to be everyone from one house" He responded no, as long as the person who got the code is in the party. So much for the old strict adherence to households on pin codes!
