MORE INFO NEEDED re: Emeril's taping at City Walk on 5/24

I'm looking for specific info on this event. US/IOA/CW website did not provide all the info I need. Any one have a phone # or email address for specifics like:

1. Where do I pick up tickets? (Must I have US admission to do so? I have admission to IOA for that day.)
2. Can one person pick up tickets for a group? If so, is there a limit on the # of tickets each person can get?
3. If tickets are distributed at 9am, and the park opens at 9am, are you able to be in line before park opening and if so, where?

Thanks for any help...I'm taking 25 seniors on their senior trip that week and many of them are fans of Emeril.

I'm sure you can pick up multiple tickets but not that many with only one person. There are going to be 2 loactions that you can get the tickets. One is at the Studio Audiance Center which is inside the studios the second is at Guest Services in City Walk. Both locations open at 9 am.

I called yesterday & asked about getting to CityWalk at 8:00am if I was NOT an onsite guest & the phone agent said I WILL have access to the parking garage that early. I wanted to get there earlier than 9am incase a line starts forming at the Guest Services area before it opens. Hopefully someone else can back that up on what time the parking garage opens to someone other than employees.
