More Hotwire Guess Help Needed...

Thanks to all those who helped me in the WDW area. But I have decided I will be better served staying in the Universal area.

I am getting two very promising looking hotels in Hotwire for this area. I do not see a match for them in Better Bidding, though.

They are:
Four and a Half Stars! Woo, sounds good, but don't see anything with that listing...

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, Golf nearby, Tennis Nearby

Oh, and for $83

AND

Four Stars ****

Customer Favorite (comment says shuttle to all nearby attractions)

Amenities: Restaurant, Pools, Fitness Center, Business Center, Laundry

For $100 (OUCH)

and this looks okay too:

Three and a half stars:

Restaurant, pool, fitness center, high speed internet access, business center, tennis nearby, laundry facilities (self service)

Oh, and that one is only $45.00

I would appreciate it if the knowledgable would give some information about these.

I can help with the **** Universal area. It is the Crowne Plaza Universal. I just stayed there 1 night and we got it for $57.00
on Hotwire. The location was good and they offered shuttles to USO and WDW and Seaworld. We opted for a cab to CityWalk for dinner and it was $6.00. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The pool was fun for the kids (kidney shaped) they have a hot tub also. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. I would stay here again anytime. The lowest rate I was able to get was on their site $97.00 for our date. I did find that the Hotwire rate dropped for this hotel the closer we got to our date. When we checked in she upgraded the room w/o asking! We had a great view of the park and pool.

Thanks Jessica. I will have to check on the hotel rate there then. $100 seems a lot to pay for hotwire, doesn't it?
