And this is one of the reasons I love Hojo (and I have not even been there since the 80's). Even on the odd occasion that someone recieved less then stellar service it always seems to be addressed.

I agree! We are true HoJo converts. We stayed there for the first time last Dec. and loved it. The beds in NQQ2 were super comfy and the updated beds and bedding are a real plus. And we love the fridge and micro. And we can't forget how close it is to DLR and how great it is to walk back and forth instead of having to park and take the tram!!!

We were there at the same time as you in December on the top floor on the end nearest the freeway. We requested 2nd floor, but we didn't get it. What floor were you on and where was your room? We've requested 2nd floor next time and I'm hoping that we are able to get it.

Oh....and I meant to add that we too LOVE hojos. When we stayed there in Dec.the room was just perfect and everyone was so nice during our entire stay! That's why we have 2 more ressies for this year!

We were in 2-109 with a garden pool view. It was a great trip. We are looking forward to our stay in May - we are leaving the Sun. after our kids finish school. They don't think we are going until Sept. (which we are!)

What a neat surprise for them! Our last 2 trips (before our Dec. trip) were in Sept. and May. The lack of crowds during Sept. was AMAZING! We arrived on the Friday after Labor Day in the evening and I was shocked that we practically walked on everything on a Friday night! So many kids just started school that week so it was a great time to go. And our May trip was for DS's birthday and Mother's day. It was more crowded then, but the weather was beautiful and not as hot as it was in Sept. Our next trip will be in October. DS wants to do Mickey's Trick or Treat Party. We did the one in WDW but not at DLR yet. I am already thinking of what to do for costumes. I know it's a little early but it gives me something fun to plan and look forward to right now!
