First off I just want to say "Thank You!" b/c y'all have been so awesome in helping me plan already. :thumbsup2

Now on to the question. So we only have 2 days in the parks, we are doing DL (w/ MM) on Thurs. Then on Friday, we plan to do DCA which opens at 10. Should we try to do the early entry to Mickey's Toontown to see some characters and then head over to DCA or just head straight to DCA? (DL opens at 9 on Friday). We also plan to go to DL later that evening but not til about 9 or so....

I would like to try to get some pics with characters but don't wait too long to do that........
Like I said, we are doing MM on Thurs (and I've read lots of HydroGuy's and other's tips) so we are going to try to do FL, Tomorrowland and Critter Country in the morning. Can I fit Toontown in the morning w/o waiting too long? Also will I be able to fit anything else in before we got back for a break and lunch? And what should we head to first when we return in the afternoon? Thanks so much!! :thanks:

You got some really little ones. The 2 hour time change will really help you going from Central to Pacific time. What time do they usually wake up each morning? You may get tied up at TTMM if you want to see Mickey. You may only see Minnie or Pluto. The line at Mickey's house gets really long. But I don't think you'll need much time at DCA
At DCA, the main thing for your little ones will be Bugs Life and Monster's Inc., Jumping JellyFish and King Triton's carousel. The other rides may be too big for them. There will be alot of characters out at DCA around the show by Monsters Inc and on the backlot main street. And the Pixar parade is really cool

So you do have tickets to TTMM? I'm asking because usually those are only in packages with 3-day or more tickets.

It's a cute show and your little ones might like it a lot. That said, it's not a must-see, and the lines to meet the characters are quite long.

I would still get to DL regardless, half an hour before it opens, and pick up two FPs before I get over to DCA.

Actually, Jumping JellyFish has a height requirement so depending oh how tall your kids are you might not be able to ride it. DS3 is too short for it but he's not very tall. Sorry, I can't remember what the minimum height is but I'm thinking it's maybe 40 inches? Or is it 42? I can't remember.

From your other post, it seems you have a package, which probably means you do have the MTTMM vouchers. Starting in DL that morning and heading over to DCA is totally not a big deal, but if you were thinking of sleeping in (with that time difference working to your advantage, I wouldn't!) you'd have to change plans.

Since you have access to MTTMM and you have such a short short trip, I would leave TT until Friday and not try to squeeze it in on Thursday.

On Thurs, I would keep the afternoon flexible for whatever you don't do earlier. If you guys are going to do rider switch (baby swap, child swap, etc) don't forget to collect some FPs for later on so you guys can get some "big" rides in.

I would suggest (having just done this) having breakfast in the park at Minnie's and Friends at the Plaza, before the park opens or the first hour before you go to DCA on Friday. We had fabulous character interaction there and I have the most wonderful tape of my son dancing with Minnie. We also saw Captain Hook, Chip and Dale, Balou, oh I can't remember who all else. Oh Fairy Godmother (she was hilarious!) It is relatively inexpensive and very decent food if you can find time to fit it in, but well worth the character interaction. It was about $23 for adults and less for kids, and I think they offer a discount for AAA. I had an annual pass discount. You will not have to pay for the babe, and could probably get away without paying for the 3 year old, but I would anyhow, just because of the karma thing.

Thanks for the help! We were not going to sleep in! We are actually hoping that being two hours ahead will help us get going in the morning nice and early and if not that's what coffee's for, right?!! And trust me, we will squeeze in big rides for us b/c I don't just do disney for the kids ;)

I will definitely keep that in mind! thanks :)
