Found this while wasting time today searching for clues.......

Scroll down to 1/6/06 and find:

Nashville, Tenn.-based engineering design and facility consulting firm Smith Seckman Reid was recently awarded contracts on more than 140 projects. The awards include electrical and fire protection design services at the Disney Vacation Club Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Fla., the University of Tennessee’s Walter Life Science Systems Improvement in Knoxville, and the Tampa General Hospital expansion in Tampa, Fla.

So this firm is aka SSR, Inc. Interesting coincidence!

That's a slam-dunk, isn't it?

Wow. That's great.

However, if SSR doesn't sell out in the specific time frame, the contract could have a stipulation to null and void.

However, it's wonderful news!

Having worked with this firm when I was with a prior employer, I do know that they will take "pending" bid work. For example, we wanted to build a new hosptial in Northern VA. We had all the contract signed pending regulatroy approval. When we failed to get the Certificate of Need then all contracts were automatically null and no one got to collect any money. Not saying this contract is at all that way... just a thought.

For those of you that want this I hope you get it. (I am looking for another small BCV contact and am REALLY hoping that you guys dump some BC to buiy CR making the prices a little more resonable at BC)
