More free covid tests by mail

I only just got the first round about 2 weeks ago. Haven't used those yet.

I'm wondering if they had a stockpile of ones about to expire and that is why there was a second round and people are getting them pretty quick.
Will you guys that get them report back here with the expiration dates? Thanks!

I believe demand for the tests is really low.

These are tests from the first batch that were not ordered.

My first kits took about 6 weeks to arrive. Just ordered the second round so we'll see if that goes any better. I still haven't used the first kits but we have returned to work and I am around a LOT of people all day now so it will be nice to have the ability to quickly test at home if I am feeling poorly.

Mine arrived today. I ordered them Monday.
They expire a month after the first ones we received.
Those are 6-23, theses are 7-22

No both this year....June 23 2002 and July 22, 2022. I did say a month later

I was confused as you wrote 6-23 and 7-22. I read it as June of 2022 and July of 2023.

Just wanted to say thank you, OP, for the heads up.
I ordered them for us and DM (our second ones)
and they already got here!
Since someone just tested positive at DH's workplace,
among several in the past month,
I am happy to have extra if they're needed (I pray they're not).

Thanks for the heads up. I ordered a second set. It took awhile for us to get the first set. They expire in June 2022. Hoping to get another set that is a bit further out. A coworker got hers and they are good for awhile. She ordered the same time I did.

I got an email saying to expect them to arrive Monday the 14th. Thank you for that reminder. We had used up 3 of the 4 we got originally.

Ordered Thursday 3/10 (at night) and arrived today Monday 3/14 (with normal mail around 3ish). These were Roche ones with expiration date of 7/26/2022 (manufactured date of 2/5/2022).




First round of tests were ordered Tuesday January 18th (morning) and didn't arrive until Friday February 11th (with normal mail around 3ish) so quite a big difference between first and second round.

I ordered 4 more. Have to remember to take some of them with me to WDW and put them in my Owner's Locker.

Will they keep? I thought they had a short shelf life.

I ordered my second set on Friday, they came today. We got I-Health both times, and if there is an expiration date, I sure can't find it. Got them as a quick test option, to see if a more comprehensive test is needed. Those are free and easy to get here on a walk in basis.
