More Flounders spots during late seating?

Do you think I'd have better luck getting a Flounders spot if I choose late dining? On our last cruise, I liked the late dinner because DD would eat in our room, then see the early shows and drop DD at Oceaneers Club. Then DH and I would eat dinner in peace, pick DD up and watch a family movie in our cabin. It worked out great. Now, I'm wondering if I should do the same this time around. And if so, would I have the added benefit of more Flounders openings so we can still have a peaceful dinner?

Does the dining time matter when it comes to Flounders?

IMO, no. When we used Flounders, we had early dining, and dropped our DS off around 7:30 each evening for about 2 - 3 hours. So, he was there during late dining, even though we had early seating. Some people drop their infants off at 6PM before early dining and don't pick them up until after they've seen their show, so 9:30 or so. I don't think which dining you get, would help with getting Flounder's ressies.
