Okay, I am a IOA/USF virgin. I know about WDW's fastpass system and I have done a little research on Universal's Express passes (both here and other websites). I have a pretty good idea of how it works, but now I need to figure out if it is worth it. My wife and I will be at IOA on Tues 10/18 and USF 10/19 (Note: We are just going during the day, not during HHN). Since it is our first trip there and we may not be back again for several years, we want to experience as much as possible. That brings me to my questions:
1)Are the parks busy enough mid-week in October to make Express Plus passes advantageous?
2)In general, how long would the waits be in the Express queue's that time of year?
3)I have heard varying reports on the included rides. Is it correct that at this point, the only ride not included is the P-Flyers?
4)I would think that this would be a slower time of year, so is it safe to assume a $15-$20 cost/person/park?
(P.S.-We are staying offsite and the cost of onsite is really not viable for us IMO)
TIA
