More Epcot on dining plan?

We were there in March and really enjoyed the dining plan but noticed not many AEpcot restaurants participated. We're going back in Jan and wonder if more Epcot rest. have joined the plan or is there a rumor they will? Thanks.

I was especially pleased to see the Le Cellier is no longer classified as a Signature restaurant. I called last night and confirmed this with 2 CMs.
