more easter questions

We usually go every January. But with kids in high school it's not so easy to miss school. This year, for the first time, we're going the week before Easter. On the day before Easter (Saturday 3/26) we had planned to spend the day at MGM then go the MK for our last evening. (On our last nite we always watch the parade and eat at Crystal Palace.)
Until I read the Boards, however, I forgot that they close admission when the parks fill--even if you have a PS (which we do). And the Unofficial Guide says 3/26 is a "9". So, my questions: on a crowded day when is it they usually close admission? If they do close MK on 3/26 will it likely be open again by 5 or 6 pm so we can get in for our PS? If we're at MGM can guest relations there tell us if MK is closed before we leave?
Are we nuts to go the week before Easter!?

Guest relations at MGM should definetly be able to tell you if MK is closed. Are you staying onsite?? Remember the parks close in stages-- the first being to offsite guests only.

However, most of the time when the parks close they close in late morning around noonish-- and tend to reopen after the 3pm parade. So, I think you'll have a good shot at getting in for your PS.

We've gone at Easter week before. It is really crowded, but just being prepared will help. Expect the crowds, expect you'll only probably accomplish 1/2 of what you usually do, use FP to your advantage as well.

When MK closes, it tends to do so in the morning, between 10-11am. It generally opens up again after the parade, as crowds leave. You should be fine for a 5-6pm PS, although there is, of course, no absolute guarantee.
