Before I met Celery, I didn't care much for Christmas. It was always a rough time of the year for me...she makes it fun!

Yeah...I'm just being certain that I don't make the same mistake I made the last trip she went on....

Moo-- enjoy your concert. Good thing you don't have to hear us, and can just read what we say...

The concert was FANTASTIC!!! And I can actually still hear

My friend's daughter enjoyed it very much and thanked me profusely. It was a fun way to spend her 18th birthday.But going to that concert made me feel really, really old At least there were a few other people in the audience who looked to be older like me and my friend.

However, the lead singer, Damian, ran down the aisles a couple times and happened to end up right next to me (lucky me - I had the aisle seat)!!! This cutie:

I think I grabbed the correct photo. And they did two acoustic numbers in the other aisle. Wish they had done THAT on our side of the auditorium! The lead singer was joking about having worn his concert costume the last five nights and their not being any place to get it cleaned locally! He sure didn't smell funky when he was standing by me, so I'm thinking that is part of their schtick.

Oh. I didn't tell you all the drama.
So you all know my sister is crazy, right?

I'm scared she's going to end up on the streets.
But I can't take her in. She's hostile, an alcoholic, dirty, selfish, and delusional. Not to mention she's not working and doesn't sleep.

House update. We made on offer on a luverly 5 bdrm house in our price range. They rejected it for the other offer which was significantly more we were told. I am not sweating it... but it does mean we are back to square one since we don't feel like making an offer on anything else we saw. DH is seeing a house tonight... looks promising but the location is not so great (not bad, just farther from work than everything else). My inlaws are coming this weekend so at least we will have free babysitting for a long day of house hunting.

Thanks i only have one more birthday party the lil princess on sat and then i getta rest till june after may -mays we will be broke but the kids are sure loving it and that is all that matters..

This thread moves way too fast i think i am caught up now, although i gotta go check out the family hating thread isn't it funny how walt disney made the parks for families to enjoy and there is a anti family thread on the dis boards !
