Well I fizzled out - so much ice in the park, I quit and ran thru the neighborhood, finally my ankle hurt so much, and I was getting so cold, (hah and my Daddy called to let me know the BEARS WERE WINNING! ) I quit. I may get swept in 2 weeks, but I'll be in Disney dagnabit! So I came home, got a beer, turned THE BEARS on and clicked on the Meeps...Peeps.... leeps.... (I hate listening to hear the announcers when they are bored... the Bears last year Super Bowl this year not even to the playoffs, the team that loses the Super Bowl, losing season the following year blah blah blah... JUST WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!)

I'm tired. Just plain tired!

I found it: Marita at 16 in 1968! I could use more of a waist, LOL!
This was taken in the former East Germany in the Baltic Sea, where I flirted with guys from Tchecholosavia (sp! ughh!) (we communicated via dictionary) and played water volleyball with North Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam war. My aunt was livigng in East Germany (trappe there after the war and could not get out), so I went there to go on vacation with her and my cousins. This is also the trip where I was searched at gunpoint by east German soldiers in the train at the border (with watch towers and search lights) and got robbed of my romance novels (no western literature allowed) This was also the year I stated dating DH, and got married 2 years later.​

I was just chuckling because I too have a bikini picture to end all bikini pictures.
But, I was 6 and had no front teeth and a pixie haircut. And my entire butt cheek was showing thanks to a pacific ocean wedgie But I didn't care because I was SIX. NOT being posted because I still look the same

I just drug the hamper out of the bedroom. I have a gazzillion loads of laundry too, ughhhh! I briefly considered working from home tomorrow, but DH is taking off, so off to work I go

Remember that a new change over with the servers takes more then that one night......little fine tuning is always good to get it where we want it...just be patient my friends.....

Going to Disney is now on my agenda........thinking up stuff and maybe I need a new swim suit........will go to LL Beans in a few weeks and look at their stuff and then to the Reebock store and get me some more sneakers.......I do wear my LL Bean sandals and they are the most comfortable things to wear even all day in hot Disney world.......can hardly wait......hubby and I were talking yesterday at the party and everyone wants to go too.....

On the yankee swap......I ended up with a small canvas tote bag and a throw blanket that is down .......it is sooooooo comfy......hubby got two lbs of coffee and a gift certificate to Dunkin Donuts too..........hey did I already tell you this stuff........hmmmmmmmm deve ju.......or something like that.

The Valentine stuff is already out in the stores........can you believe that....

Thought I'd check in this evening. I've felt like crap all day. I got the bathrooms cleaned and bills paid and then I went and laid down to practice my Bradley relaxation. I laid there for about an hour and then Chad got home. He fixed lunch and we went into town to make our return and buy a baby book. I found a nice one on clearance for $11. Perfect! I've had contractions all day and this evening, but they aren't coming regular or anything. Wouldn't it be wonderful if I was like 50% effaced and 4-5cm in the morning? lol I won't be getting my hopes up for anything different than the other day. I know better.

Toot - If I had any inclination that this baby would be born on New Years when I'm going in on New Years Eve, I wouldn't be going in at all. lol.

Positive thinking makes things go a lot better than fighting against what your body will naturally do.

Everyone have a good night and day tomorrow. I will call someone as soon as there is a baby to report!

Can't believe Nab is going out of town for the big arrival.

Deva ju Nope, I don't recall you posting that before. I am starting NYE early since I am always anxious while my DD is driving back to NC. Picked up some Jose Cuervo pre-made golden margaritas. It tastes yummy on lots of ice with some fresh lime added and I'm eating some Chex mix while I'm drinking it (in moderation)!

MP, sounds like you are progressing today! Well, it's probably not looking goog for a pre-NYE baby, but at least you'll be all ready to go tomorrow morning! Looking forward to hearing he has been born.

Welp, pups are barking, so I had better go let them in and throw in a load of laundry.
