alright y'all.
what do I do now?
the house is clean.
the pilot is packed.
except for toiletries we'll need in the middle of the night shower and the bag of potential spill hazards -
I put laundry detergent (after I coated my hands in it. ugh) and lotion and dishwasher detergent in a big bag so if it leaks, it won't be too bad.
only there's like no dishwasher detergent in there. so I'll have to buy some in a bit.

umm.
you guys wanted a play by play of my day, right?

me and jeanie drew on the sidewalk with sidewalk chalk.
and now she's eating dinosaur spaghettios for lunch.
and soon it will be time to go get my mom.
we're watching monsters inc.

hopefully tammy will get home early enough to give jeanie a bath. I don't want to stick my mom with it and I don't want to give her one before I put myself down to sleep. heheheh.
cuz she's gonna have the rest of the spaghettios for dinner and a bath before that is ludicrous!
I want a baby, y'all.
well, a toddler.
do you think crystal and mike will mind if I just keep her? they have two others!
we'll see after two weeks if I still want to keep her.
heh.

play by play (yours is way better!)

I took a nap!
oh and I ordered a bday present for dd - ship to Pop, because the 30# of junk isnt enough :rotfl2:

Now I'm making lists.
I need ziplock quart bags.
and to make dinner I'll need a veggie... only like aspargus tho...
and every dollar I spend here, is one less I can spend in Disney.
Goog thing I have Disney Dollars!! :cool1:

hair has been coiffeD......hahaha....I look beeeeeeutiful.....well my hair does at least......hubby skipped out of work early and is home taking care of last minute things.....he is going to take the AC out of the window too.....it was cold enough the last few nights....like in the 30s.......DISNEY TAKE ME AWAY...yes I am wicked excited......plus starting to hyperventilate because I HATE TO FLY...but you probably already guessed that......I am fine honest.
Okey....eat some lunch and then pack the meds except the ones for tomorrow morning....well 3 am morning....
:goodvibes

Howdy, Meeps! How is everyone doing? :grouphug:

I'm doing well! We started back to school again, and I have a pretty good pre-k class this year. MUCH better than last year! We went to WDW (some Mad Chatters and I) the last week of Aug. That was an excellent time!

Hey, some of you have a meet coming up soon, right? Or did you already go? I hope it's a grand time!

hmmmm which Cubs? CUBS WIN!! (but they played a red team - cincy? lol)

Is it morning? I slept 5 hours... I've got too much to do, too much to think about...

:lmao: Melinda must still be sleeping!!

I reread what I posted just now, now that my headache turned migrain last night is now back to a headache and realized my mistake.

But since there is no spell check allowed, you would know that I meant Indians. Right?

Just humor me ok?

Last night I took the girls to the grocery store with me while DH took boys to a Come Join the Cub Scouts meeting, and I had to call him to save me. Baby was screaming my cart was litterally overflowing and I couldn't push it or move and Malorie was just being SASSY! No wonder my headache turned into a migrain.

Any parents here have any comments about cub scouts? My Zach is just set on becoming one. The "recruiter" was all over Tim because he wouldn't fill out the form on the spot and give him $125.00 right there.

Melinda, I updated the meet schedule last night but shut my computer down before I realized I should have e-mailed it. I think I will add Sandy's itinerary from the Peeps newsletter first.

Cel, have a great trip down!!! No problem on the cancellation! I had to switch my Raglan Road ressie to an earlier time any way. You too, Pumba!!!

Hear ye hear ye!

I am doing the riddle tomorrow~ !:3dglasses

All peeps, meeps, moops, moovers, shakers, friends, fiends, Romans, and countrymen not actually en route to Disney are expected to show up.

Please and thank you. :flower3:

I will post a link tomorrow so you can save your strength for solving the riddle.

Pumba- glad you are coiffed :lmao:
Sandy- you are right... the rhyme for orange is
Orange, orange, stepped on an orange. Lame!
TootSweet- Hiya lady! Happy week of your Birthday!

It better be a easy one Twinkie....I'm not very good at triva or riddles.

Speaking of triva-- makes me think of Poly

Sandy -- it must cost a small fortune to send stuff there doesn't it?

Celery-- are your all updated on your pre trip report?

TootSweet-- How are you? Have any pictures to share with the class of your trip?

Hubby sent me an email and asked if we wanted to go to a Buffalo Sabres hockey game on Friday night..... Doesn't he know I have to finish packing and laundry before I go on Saturday. That would mean leaving one night sooner.

I'm also going to tell every mermaid and cat I see that PJ says hi! ha.
and then I'll get security called on me.
Nah, I'm sure they're all used to it. I mean, really, doesn't everyone go around WDW speaking of PJ? :confused3

P.J. -- thanks for cleaning that up about Mickey domes. They look yummy. And yes it is a good thing to look young. Nicholas teacher last year is really short and young looking so when she is in the play ground she is hard to spot.
You're welcome. If I don't know the answers to the Chef Mickey's questions I think that would be a problem.

Could be worse. A friend of mine in college did her student teaching in kindergarten and two of her kids were taller than she.
Okay, now that's bad. I'm not short. I'm tall(ish) maybe? I'm 5'7'' SO even if I don't look old I guess I've got some height going for me.

Any parents here have any comments about cub scouts? My Zach is just set on becoming one. The "recruiter" was all over Tim because he wouldn't fill out the form on the spot and give him $125.00 right there.

I was a Girl Scout for 7 years. Does that do anything for you?

I'm off to babysit. BBL!

:grouphug:

Nab Not by going thru UPS - it was less than $1 a pound!! :rotfl2: So much cheaper than buying alcohol on site tho - I'm contributing to the Glow Party Glow Juice, and getting rid of a garage full of glow sticks! (I found more - the short stick ones work goog, no one wants them! they're red I think - you're all getting one, or two, or three, you have no choice, give them to someone else!! :rotfl2: )

I spent more money today - thanks for reminding me its still out in the car!! $30 - we needed bread, milk, freezer bags, lunch items (I figure I dont have to buy anything, till I remembered I cant shop when we come home!!) :sad2:

I reread what I posted just now, now that my headache turned migrain last night is now back to a headache and realized my mistake.

Sorry for the headache -

We're ALL about Boy Scouts - my 2 boys are both Eagle Scouts. My dh was Scoutmaster for 7 years, and volunteers for the troop still today. He is also an adult trainer (He teachers adults how to be Leaders) so - you've asked, I have an opinion!! (:rotfl2: and feel qualified to give one!! :rotfl2: )

Cub Scouts can be a power trip for some leaders - Mom's do all the work, or guilt you into not doing all the work. They fundraise (they're so cute) they have money - their meetings once a month are too long to be appropriate for young ones - and they show off and "brag" all things I abhor!

First graders arent allowed to do all the cool things the 4th and 5th graders do, so while the first month or two they get all excited, by the end of those evenings, they are too fidgety and then they burnout altogether.

For 5th graders they need to join - earn the "Arrow Of Light" (memorize the Boy Scout Oath - and a few other things) and that is the only badge they can wear into Boy Scouts.

In Cub Scouts it is adult led - they crossover into Boy Scouts in 5th grade, usually in February (Baden Powel's birthday) Boy Scouts is "BOY LED" and they camp, and earn merit badges (like learning to cook, and clean - we love that badge!!) they learn to become productive, and they learn to be leaders.

Cub Scouts do make the packs have quotas in signing up new boys - that's why the hard core press...

wow, I'd better get off this soap box, feel free to PM me - so sorry gang...

Back to your regularly scheduled Meep thread, moo'vin on

PSA for those leaving

dont forget to stop mail and newspapers!!

Thanks for that reminder....I got that one covered since Hubby is staying home.

Getting the mail is Hannah's favourite chore. She skips to the mail box down the street.

First homework tonight and a lot of crying going on.....:sad2:

Crying from the other one too but not over homework, over a skate board ( wanted something someone else has and he doesn't) I swear he is going backwards in age.

Must be a full moon or something coming. Think I could leave them at home too.:lmao:

Nab - I found some Pokeman cards - I think they may be ten years old tho - does your son need some old Pokeman cards?

or was it Yugio cards?

Oh you poor baby! How will you know when it time to load up the dutch oven without your Franklin Quest Planner???? The chaos! You might be sewing during the time blocked off for "sharpening the saw".....

Today, after fingerpainting, we will have a plus/delta to discuss how embracing this month's core value of "begin with the end in mind" could have helped us to have a more enriching field trip experience. Taylor please stop making armpit noises. Everyone needs to bring their Junior Quest Planners to circle time to make preliminary notes on how we can improve our Data Notebooks for the student lead parent teacher conference next week. Alexandra, calling Addision a big fat poopy head is not expressing synergy.

Red, red, forgot his head.

Uh, they DO have Jr. Quest planners! That is not a fun kindergarten!

I 'bout died with your "sharpening the saw" crack! I truly used to be in the Frankling groove. Now I use the Grocery List, Menu Planner, Address Book, Financial Planning (blank :confused3 ) and Month/week/ day Planner. Like I said, I'm lost, wandering in circles. My 7 Power Words:

Achieve
Dream
Reach
Soar
Inspire
Believe
Trust
Respect

I have family in Franklin. And those $400 sheets are a goog deal... they would be $900 in LA. ;)
That's $500 saved! Wow! What'rya gonna buy (me)?

Bonnie! You SOOOO need to come and play wayyyyyy more oft! Me thinks!

It was Pokeman cards I washed. I don't really think it matters on how old they are :confused3

I don't understand anything about them....:lmao:

We have a baseball banquet tonight. Hopefully the kids have settled down by then.

Have to get home to see Big Brother.....and Biggest Loser.

Have a great trip down, Pumba and Celery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1:drive:

Pumba, where are you staying? If I knew it, I forgot.

See you real soon!!!!!!!!!!!

I KNOW! It is funny because it is true. I tell you I couldn't make this stuff up.

hmm... maybe you should plan to have some finances?

Last edited by TwinkieMama : Today at 05:50 PM. Reason: kind of like we planned to have a family ;)

PM me, and I will tell you what causes unplanned family members.

So is anyone of the travellers going to be on the internet during the trip?
I know Moo has her batphone. I think Celery may have a laptop? Anyone else?
