Marita -- I didnt' have time to look for a person today. Probably won't all week because I will have both kids and have to get ready to pack . We leave on Saturday.

You better remember the persons name if you are going to request her next time. Can't say I have ever waxed my eyebrows either. Sounds painful.

I am going to be mess when you see me in Sept. and you will be all pretty and stuff.

Hey, Nab, i was smart and had her wriite her name down, heehhee. And actualy, no, waxing is not painful at all (at least for eyebrows, never had anything else waxed, hehe). It's just outragously priced, $7 for 5 minutes vs $18 for almost an hour of foot massage endulgance in a a vibrating chair. I dont get it. But I am not complaining, if so, they would raise the pedicure prices.......
You will look lovely Nab! I have other issues, nails are the least of my worries, LOL.

Marita we are heading out Friday or Saturday with the trailer. We will be crossing the border and going east. Final destination will be Cape Breton Island Nova Scotia. My dad was from there and we have family there and Halifax.

Hubby has been looking into ferries to get us to Diggy, N.S. We did do the Cat one year that took us to Bar Harbour.

We usually cross at into N.Y. and cross again at the St.Stephens/Calise Maine border crossing.

I will be gone two weeks.

Nab, I didn't realize you were going to be gone two whole weeks!!! We'll miss you. Is the Cat a Catamaran boat? I like riding on the ferry over to Mackinac Island. I couldn't talk my hubby into going to the south end of the Outer Banks and take the ferry last month

Marita, sounds like you had a busy day! I have been reading all day and finished my 7-day library book so I can return it tomorrow (only a couple days late).

hey all. we got back yesterday, but I never made it online.
I am so wiped out!
I'm not going to church.
Tammy's kinda mad at me cuz she has to take the kids by herself, but she's going to work afterwards, so it just makes sense for me to stay home instead of us making 4 trips back and forth.
Plus she's going to be late and I hate getting to church late!
She just now left, it's a 40 minute drive and she has to drop jeanie off in the nursery.

nabbers - I didn't know you'd be gone for two weeks! I'm gonna miss you!

Is your DH trying to figure out the best day to avoid the Disers or for the 2 of you to go?

Nebo had a couple more funny updates on his thread, if you need something to do. I for one still have managed to do any kind of housework yet again today!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I think I have to give up soon and do some laundry. Or maybe not, we have enough clean stuff to hold us over. So what if the hamper is overflowing with towels.........

DH is going to the Space Center on his own. I was able to find a tour service that does pick-ups at a couple of the Disney hotels, although he'll probably have to get a cab over to the pick-up point. I think it departs around 6:30 am, so I am happy not to join him

But you're probably right about him picking the best day to avoid us DISers He doesn't care to go to the World Showcase at EPCOT and there are some meals we have scheduled that he wasn't too crazy about.

Oh, and he didn't really like visiting Animal Kingdom when it first opened, although he said he is willing to give it another chance now that they have Expedition Everest and the Nemo show. Having a guy in front of him barf over the side of the vehicle during the safari ride also didn't help his opinion of AK . . .

I was busy watching the animals and never saw that.

Heck if I know, Marita! I can redo it and pick a different outfit. OR, you could save that pic that I put up next to your cartoon to your own hard drive and use it to Simpsonize yourself. That way you can pick your own outfit.

Not to worry, Mr. Moo is sure to be around for part of the meet.

I am going to try EE this time too. It was raining when we went in January, so I waited in the gift shop with one of my friends who was also chicken!!!

A 1-day 1- park ticket went from $67 to $71.

MP, I thought of you this morning, there was a story in the paper about a woman in Arkansas who just had her 18th child, and they still want more. And all the kids names start with J.

The Duggars. I thought they just had number 17. They seem to be a really nice and loving family. And they have lots of money. So goog for them. I'll pass. I don't want to be having kids when I'm older.

Chad's home today. He wasn't feeling well overnight and still not today.

It's back to school for me.

Moornin all, hope all are well.
Had a goog weekend, and was too tired to post. Saturday was the usual at work at 5, then left at 10 to head to Louisville for 2 reunions- family and high school. On the way up, a car passed us honkin and wavin, turned out it was an exgf and her now fiance, a friend of more than 20 years.
My mom was the youngest of ten, and they're all gone now, and Dad is the only surviving spouse. So he's the grand old man. There are 26 first cousins(4 more on the other side), all but one still living. The youngest is now 50. . There are kids and grandkids, so this is no small affair. So much food, and my niece, who couldn't make it, sent a 10 quarts of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Yummmm. So much fun.
The high school reunion was 6 classes that included both my and my sister's classes. Lots of folks, but not all that great. We left early and I was home by 11 and didn't have to work early. Still was tired all day.
Worked at 10. All in all a pretty goog weekend.
Undie, I'll see the moovie this week when I'm off midweek. Theater should be nice and cool. We have 100+ days all week predicted, and the forecasters will pick this week to be right.

The weekend is flying by. We were at the in-laws yesterday right after church. And got home late.

Very quiet weekend here I see.

Haven't seen Underdog. The kids haven't asked to see it yet either.

Going to have another busy day getting stuff ready for our trip next week.

And since it is a holiday weekend hubby is still home to help....

Mommy P-- hope Chad is feeling better soon. Don't get to close and get sick yourself.

Hey Mooooovers! Great time in WDW. My friend, PJ, and I are considering a dual trip report. I've never done one, but I might get talked into it. We took lots of pics, just in case.
