Happy to report, that no matter what you call it, they AIN'T eating it.

Well it is mine and Tim's favorite dish. The baby loves it, and cause the boys aren't eating it, Mal won't either.

She USED to eat everyting.:sad2:

Dr. ******* of my psych class gave us our grades for the first 4 units and out of 100 points, I have 102.:goodvibes

On that note, have a great night.

MONY, high fives on the grade. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! w00t!!!

But now I really wonder what the Dr's name is that got him banned from the Dis, LOL.

1. I join in that wish. Funny, I dont remember my kids going through that. DD would get the beurks due to Migraines, but that is not catching.

2. I got a reprieve till Monday on new office hours. I worked 12 hours today, combined. I plan to propose a compromise after forecast is done.

1. Thanks, Marita. I guess the beurking is the stuff that God erases from our memories, making room for funny kid antics and warm-fuzzy remembrances.

2. Maybe you can wow 'em with the forecast, and then whip the proposal on 'em while they're still stunned by your brilliance and efficiency? :confused3 Good luck!

1. That figures, huh? Why would they eat something that is easily prepared and can even be made ahead? That would be WAY to convenient, right?

2. w00000000t! Great job, girlfriend! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Hi Moovers!!:wave2:

Well, I get to be the two year old teacher tomorrow because the regular two year old teacher is in the hospital with pneumonia! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: So, Miss Allie will smile sweetly to the little germ monsters tomorrow. Actually, I will come bearing gifts so that ought to score me some points. :thumbsup2

I cleaned out the playroom today and DD said that I could take some of the toys to work with me. :yay: :cool1: I've been trying to get her to "let go" of them since the beginning of the year, so we've finally made some progress. :thumbsup2

I'm trying to get the house "super clean" because I'm hosting the Sr. High church devo at the house on Sun. night. Yes, I'll clean it up just so that they can mess it up. :upsidedow Also, we will be having choc. chip cookie cake for dessert in honor of DS 16th b'day. We also have a girl in the youth group who has the same b'day, so I'm getting the rectangle cake, and dividing it into two separate b'day wishes. Are ya' followin' me? :confused3 Anyway, I'm looking forward to it. It's kinda like having a party without having a party. :rolleyes1

Have a good evening Moovers! I've got to go take a shower 'cause I just rode my bike for 40 min. outside, and I stink. :scared:

On the topic of weird male names, they just had a guy on Jay Leno whose name is "Harmony"

Marita - These are a bit more appetizing than the smelt, LOL! :lmao:

Here we go! 40 days to make a permanent change. Mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Good morning Moovers.

Did everyone make up their minds as what they are doing/or not doing for lent?

I for one, will be in church more. When it was just the 2 boys we went all the time. After Mal came along, so was ok until she could walk, then she was a handful. Then Maddy cried all the time during the organ music.

Hopefully now, things will be different. I enjoy going to church, I hardly get a chance to get anything out of it when we do go cause I'm dealing with the girls constantly.

Tonight is ashes at 7pm.

I am a little confuzzled this morning.

Did anyone see the new Harris poll that Obama is more popular than Jesus? I thought they were one and the same.:scratchin
Wow, that is confusing.
Morning all.
Nab - Ronda is 37. Chris (the other one I'm dating) is 31.
I think it could go well with either of them.

Wait, how many men are you dating right now? :rotfl:

Peej - Thanks for that...? I quickly averted my eyes, scratched out my corneas and pours rubbing alcohol in them just to be sure the lightening didn't strike for that blasphemy. ;)

Lent(not to be confused with Lynt) - Is it a catholic tradition? I'm Southern Baptist, we don't do Lent, although the idea behind it is very nice and sacrificial.

Birth Center - Holy freakin cow! That place is like walking into home. Beautiful and cozy. LOVED it! We both immediately felt at home and comfortable. The midwife was super nice and very REAL. I hate that the midwives at the hospital are like OB's without the scalpel and they don't ever say anything against the hospital. I agreed with everything she said and I cannot WAIT for my first appointment.

The tour was us, another couple and a young girl who brought along her friends/sisters(?). I had about 18 questions written down, they had none. LOL. After I asked a ton, the midwife asked if anyone else had a question and the young girl turned to me and said,"do you have anymore, you have such good questions)" I have a u/s on March 12th, but I might try and change it to a late afternoon so Chad can meet me up there and be there. My first appointment is on March 18th. So long because I want to go in the evenings so Chad can come this time. The website is: http://waterbirthbaby.com if you want to see how nice it is.

Mommy P-- What a beautiful place to have a baby. Love the rooms are themed. Is it far from where you live though? Being this is not your first have your babies been coming faster?

Mony-- :woohoo: on the marks and started a new today. I love going to church every weekend too. My kids used to slouch, go on floor, etc. too but they have out grown that and Nicholas actually serves every Sunday because all the alter servers never show up. Hubby isn't even Catholic but he doesn't mind coming. He is Lutheran (?) not sure I spelled that right.

Moo-- the pancakes were good. I make them with chocolate chips. I never got out to get me any Paczki though.

It was hard making lunches today with no meat. Hannah took a cheese sandwich and Nicholas got a boiled egg....:lmao: He does not like sandwiches. I know kids can still have meat under the age of 14 but we still don't eat meat in this house. Tonight will be fish for supper with out the fries.

Nab - The hospital where I delivered the other boys is about an hour away. The birth center is about 45 minutes. Everything is far away here since we live out away from town. As long as my water doesn't break at home I should be okay to make it into town. If not, I'm confident that Chad and I can deliver the baby on our own.

Hola, Moovers! I think we might be done with the beurkfest. Boris has been okay since about 10:30 last night. I had to keep him home from school today, but he's had some dry toast and he seems to be doing okay. Now let's hope that the rest of the family doesn't get it. :scared:

1. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Good thinking!

2. Thanks for the clarification (TM BBN). Yes, Lent is a Catholic thing. And I agree...the idea behind it is a good one. So much of this world is take, take, take. It's nice to set aside some time where we make a sacrifice specifically with Jesus in mind. And I think it's a good way to teach kids about making sacrifices too.

3. Glad you liked the place! How many births do they do per year?

My thoughts for the day:
Boys are dumb. I don't like them.
Girls are dumb. I don't like them.
Dogs are nice and kind and will always be there for you.
I'm going to date dogs!

That is all.

Extra thoughts - fingers crossed for a beurk free martha household.
congrats on the grades, mony.
allie is the southern martha.
note to mommyp: Apparently I'm dating zero boys. I dunno. :confused3

Lynette -- I will keep my fingers crossed that you and the rest of the family don't get it. This has been a bad year for stomach flu.

Celery-- I am guessing you are still not getting any text messages. Don't give up Mr Right is out there somewhere.

Yeah and it's making me crazy!
Thanks for the encouragement though. I know I'm just being impatient.

She does 6-11 per month. There are only 3 rooms there, so it wouldn't be cool if they took in a lot of patients and had no room. Like the hospital. I've delivered 2 of my boys in a non-appropriate room and had to stay there for HOURS before a room opened up. :headache:

That can't be legal. :scared1:

I cut out like 12+ diapers today and sewed up 3 of them. My camera is supposed to arrive tomorrow. It's taking forever. I think I could have driven to NV picked it up and driven back by now.

While I was sewing Isaac was "napping". Suddenly I heard a door open and the little pitter patter of fat baby feet on the tile. Apparently my 13 month old can climb out of his crib, open his door and get himself up whenever he pleases. :headache: That's the reason Kaleb was sleeping in a bed around 18 months and we had to turn his door handle around to look him in for safe keeping.

Thanks MommyP, you do ask goog questions! ;) I'm Church of Christ and don't do Lent either, so I'm a bit confuzzled as well. :confused3

Wow, that is a nice place. Are you planning on doing a water birth? I admire you for doing the birth center. I was too nervous to do that, but I had BAD blood pressure issues, and needed monitors, and drugs to keep me safe, and still in this world. ;) That's why I only have two children.

Uh, Thanks, but Martha I am NOT! :headache: Although, I'm honored that you think I am. :goodvibes

I have two words for you guys:

Oreo Balls

I am in love

LOVE THEM TOO!!!!

Ok, let Ms. Allie give you mama's of preschool children a tip! Do NOT send colored frosted cupcakes with your darlings to school for their birthday! :scared1: Especially if the frosting is in the RED color group! Let's just say that Ms. Allie earned her money today! ::yes:: Oh, and my hands are red along with the children who ate the red AND the purple ones. They are a huge mess!!!!!! BUT the children absolutely enjoyed them, so at the end of the day it was good. I'm just exhausted though.

Oh, and I got some great pictures of the kids before we cleaned them up. They will make great additions to their memory posters we make for them at the end of the year. One of our shyest little boys looked like Bozo the clown because he had so much red frosting on his face! :rotfl2:

Oh, and one little girl colored on my wall while I was using the potty. One of the teachers came and told us that our water line had accidentally been cut, and if we needed to potty we should do it soon before the water was cut off. Well, I went, and shut the doors somewhat so that the kids couldn't see Ms. Allie going potty. Well, bad idea because when I stepped out of said potty I noticed nice orange crayon markings on the wall. :headache: I don't know how those buggers did it so fast! :confused3 So, I'm going up to church early tonight with my Mr. Clean eraser to clean it off the wall before church tonight. :upsidedow

Have a Good Day Moovers!!!
