Java: I sucked up a triple threat combo of blood, amniotic fluid, and formula. Woo Hoo! The Hispanic baby was choking on colostrum. One of the pediatricians told me that colostrum is not aspirated in the baby's lungs, that if they do get it in their lungs, it is simply reabsorbed. Isn't that amazing? However, getting it stuck in your esophagus can be problematic.

WT: Sneaky, aintcha? Lexi, you should have clarified which mall. We could have had a great big ol' dismeet at the mall. Marita and I could have jumped out from behind the dumpster. Twinkie could have pinpointed your exact location using her Nancy Drew technology. Actually, that's not all that different or noteworthy., Moo could have texted you from the batphone, Bloodhound could have had a banner designed thanks to rumblytumbly, Utah could have shared a Diet Pepsi with you, (somehow not the same as sharing a Diet Coke though), Monica could have demonstrated some of those chiropractic tips she's learned, Nab could have shared pics of her newly remodeled kitchen, MommyP could have breastfed that baby with her newly sewn wrap thingy in tow, Pumba could have brought the snacks-isn't it almost squirrel season?, Allie, Steph, Kay, CelMomma, and Sandy could have performed a cheer. I love those rumbly tumbly stuff you get......I know that the words are close to those.

BN, I laugh about the squirrel comment......I remember when we were first married (a hundred years ago) (well 41). ANyhow...I got me a squirrel ....a big fat one.....so hubby did the gutting and the skunning....and I cooked that thing....in my oven with herbs and stuff on it...so I was so proud of my very first critter..... my sil came to visit and I opened the oven door and I looked at it......the legs were sticking up in the air and the squirrel was on its back..My sister in law had a hissy fit..Next time I cooked a critter, I made sure that the legs were by their side.....out straight in other words.....it tasted like a chicken by the way....it was my only squirrel critter kill......

guess I should take a shower before noon time and my rug rat appears...

Oh wait......my grandson who is 4 had this comment the other night to his mama.

She told O that he needed to go to bed and sleep by himself . So she put on the little dimmer light and went out.....she went upstairs to check on him a few moments later and she opened the door and his eyes were still open...so she shut the door and went to check on M and she was asleep....so back to O's room and she said.....Whats the matter honey, are you having a hard time falling asleep......and his reply was....I would be asleep if you would stop coming in and opening the door...YUP that is O. He is a character.

Babynurse-- :

Pumba-- You and your husband were made for each other...can't say I ever had squirrel before and if my husband bring one home for me to cook....Your grandson is cute. Kids great entertainment I tell you.

Lexi-- prayers still for your friend. She is lucky to have you and are still there for her. After funerals lots are people are around and then go back to their lives.

Mony-- ouch on the neck and back problems. I went to the doctor for a chest x ray awhile ago and he said that my spine is curving and asked why and he said it is because I am getting old....showing wear and tear I guess.

We have had a few nice days and now it looks like it is night time outside instead of morning....the rain is coming.

Thunderstorms, very brief, woke us up this morning. Now it looks like it may come again. Who knows.

I think I should start thinking about packing for our trip. I have to do it on the down low though. Plus it's summer and the kids need their clothes.

Maybe I can start the non clothes stuff.

I made chinese pie and a pan of corn bread...I know that it was alot of carbs but I had a hankering for corn bread....blood sugar tests have been off whenever I eat pasta but for some read the bread and chinese pie stuff does not affect it....will see tomorrow morning......

I think we are down to 37 days......not sure but close to that one...

Today I made my Isaac a fleece soaker and I'm so happy that it actually works!

I got a really cruddy 1/2 yard and none of the skulls faced the right way for the pattern. :banghead:

Last week I made a fitted diaper, which was horrible, but it works. The machine I used couldn't handle the layers, but my new one can. yay!

A distant relative of Chad's surfaced with a million year old Kenmore machine that runs like a dream.
