I looked on the abc.com Web site and was thinking I might watch some of the shows I haven't seen yet. I'm way behind on Desperate Housewives.

Then I decided maybe my toe is healed enough to get in the hot tub tonight since it's getting really cold here tomorrow.

Nab - No special color in the dining room. That and the kitchen will stay the same. We might paint the bottom of the bar/island the green that is by the front door though.

Mommy P-- those rooms must be a tan of some colour. It sure doesn't look like a builder beige that we get in our new houses..... I am trying to find a tan that goes nice with the green.

I have been just watching what ever is on TLC tonight.

Moo-- It is suppose to turn really cold tomorrow. I think I would freeze getting to and from a hot tub though. I have an aunt and uncle that to this all the time. BRRRR.

Dh and I did some major cleaning - and we have major more cleaning to do!! Its nice to have help - motivating that!

DH bought me a cool new Cannon Camera - I've gone from my beloved 2.0 megapixel to 7.1 ! Its so light!! (and not the AA batery one, so its thin too!!)

Get well - stay Healthy vibes (funny about the red urine tho!! )

I think all the sleeping I did over the past few days has finally caught up to me...I can't fall asleep tonight!

I was just thinking about games I used to play as a child (not sure why) and I was looking back fondly on "Guess Who." You know, the one where you would say "who am I?" and then say a few other things and the person would have to guess. I was always really goog at that one, wonder if I still would be.

It's usually not too bad until you have to put the cover on while wearing a terrycloth robe and flip flops!

Brrrrr, glad we don't get as cold as your neck of the woods, Sandy!!! We have a covered deck with a wall on one side that helps keep the wind from freezing our ears off when we use the hot tub

Moo Hoo on the writers' strike ending Hope they have been writing when they weren't on the picket line so we have some new episodes soon!

Thanks Little G! I have calmed down now so I won't need to send her... this time. Watch out for a large box in the near future though.
I agree with the thing about choosing to be happy- I tell my teen ager that all the time. Of course he just looks at me like I am crazy.

anyhow.....I have a cold in my head.......I cant take medications cause of my medications that I take......I have high BP and also have diabetes...and gluacoma....so not a heck of alot I can take......asked the doctor last time I had my visit and he said nothing....just ride it out.......

Aw Marie You have my sympathy. I can't take most cold medicines either. The good news is you will feel better in about 14 days.

I love cake! Of course my house will be inudated with cake from now until mid March. Somehow- the twins are getting 4 cakes for their birthday (one for school, one each for the actual birthday, and one for their party). And then DS's birthday is at the end of February.

PJ- Thanks for checking in. My DH had that flu- he has been sick for over a week and had about 4 days of too sick to get out of bed. I hope you feel better VERY soon.

I saw in the news that the flu vaccine doesn't seem to have hit the mark very well this year. We've had lots of people sick with the flu at work, including my boss. Fortunately, most of them have had the goog sense to stay home and not contaminate the rest of us.

That's why I'm trying to boost up my wimpy immune system.

I just don't have time to take his picture as much as I would like. I will try to get some tomorrow afternoon. I packed away his smaller clothes yesterday. I think he is about 11.5 lbs now. It is hard to believe that a) we ever lived without him and b) he has been here long enough to outgrow clothes. Isn't life grand? TMbbn
