Moonlight photos NOT showing?!

we took some great photos and had them scanned to our bands. Nothing has shown up.
We were told there was an outage last night on a lot of bands (I couldn’t even get into my room after MM)
But they said the photos would be on today- nothing!
I was told they are in the system somewhere...but getting nervous. The photos are a rally big part of the memories...

Any thoughts/help?

Are you still at the parks? We had an issue with pictures at a MM event once, and I went to a PhotoPass station at Magic Kingdom the next day and they helped me find the pictures. They asked for date, time, what we were wearing, and we found them right away. Good luck!
