Second time that I tried moonlight magic. Started at number 9875 and I swear the numbers would go down then back up. After being in the queue for 59 minutes it went down to I think 2708 and then said closed. So frustrating. Did anyone actually get it?
I’m so sorry. It’s the first time we’ve tried and I was able to get it. I started at number 678 but my number dropped very quickly with the first 2 minutes.
If you have a room that sleeps 8, but only register 6 guests, then you can only get 6 tickets. If you want 8 tickets, then you need to make sure there are 8 guests on your reservation. That doesn't mean everyone has to stay at the hotel, but the limit is 5 total or up to the number of registered guests on the room reservation.
Did you get an email confirmation of your registration?
I did not
hence why I think something must have gone wrong. But, good to know for the future that it doesn't show up in MDE!
