Moonlight Magic - Where to sign up?

Can anyone advise where you go to sign up for the Moonlight Magic events. We will be staying at AKL on points during one of the events and I'm trying to figure out where you go to sign up. I called Disney and the CM indicated that they send an email with a link on the day registration opens, but she didn't sound exactly sure in her answer. Has anyone received this email and when did it arrive?

Go to the event you are interested in and it will give you registration details. When registration opens there will be a link on that event page to register.
