Moonlight Magic ticket pickup/entrance question

Hi everyone - I'm a little confused about how MM works if you are already in the park that day. Is it similar to parties where you have to get a band from CS or more like extra hours where it automatically registers on your band?

How does it work if you are already in the park for the day? Do I need to take the whole group to CS or anything? Would we all have to enter the park in the morning together?

DVC will have an in-park check in location setup and everyone will need to be with you when you check in (applies to both in-park and outside of park). They will send a final details email out a few days prior to the event.
