Moonlight Magic - new DVC member

hello! I recently joined DVC and planning my Welcome Home trip for Sep. Would really like to attend moonlight magic and have a question about the registration process. We would like to go for the Hollywood Studios event (which is on Sep 15, Sep 22 and Oct 6)

If I only have a resort reservation for Sep 15th, could there be a chance that I may get in the queue but Sep 15th may be at full capacity, but Sep 22 and Oct 6 are available? But since I only have a reservation for the 15th I won't be able to register?

Or once you get in the queue you will be able to register for 1 of the 3 dates.

I will be going with my husband, toddler and in-laws (their first time ever) and I'm sure it would be a very magical experience for all of us!

The Registration process will auto-select the Event date to match your resort reservation. If you have only a reservation for 9/15 and that date "reaches capacity" before you complete registration you will will not be able to select an alternate date.

If you have a reservation for both the 15th and 22nd, do you get to choose? Either one more likely to get than the other?

Don't feel bad about not understanding MM, and being a new member. We've been members for 18 years, but the 9/22 event will be our first ever MM (I hope we get it), so I'm totally lost. Good luck!
