This is a basic info question, but what time does it start in the park for HS on Jan 26th? Confirmation email just has the date of the event. (Newbie question)

DHS closes at 9 pm that day. Early entry for those registered for MM should begin by 7 pm and the event should officially start at 9:30 pm.

Interesting that they're doing both the HS moonlight and the DCA moonlight at the same time, that probably doesn't help the website hammering...

This queue system is so oddly broken. I have a window that started before 11 AM, another I started at 11:20 with a SHORTER wait, and a third from 11:30 that is the same as the original.

I guess I was a first-timer bumpkin... I only had place in the queue! As was common, my initial wait was "over an hour." In reality, it took me 31 minutes.

Also in and confirmed at the ~45 min point, both devices had said over an hour at start. Also opened up a third browser in experiment about a half hour in and it was given a shorter time than one that had been up the whole time.

I got in for HS, this is our first MM and we happened to have a trip planned already. My family is coming with us and I have 3 rooms reserved under my points and I was able to get a ticket for everyone! I’m so excited. I joined the waiting room before 11 on 3 devices, after 11 the wait was over an hour and I was so anxious I got an alert on my apple watch for high heart rate LOL. I had a meeting at 11:30 and I was the host, thankfully I completed registration at 11:27!

I guess I’ll try the general queue on Friday - but I doubt I’ll get in.
I was only able to have one browser running - that probably ruined my chances

Could you open a few diff browsers on the one computer? I had chrome, edge, and Firefox all running in parallel.

I feel your pain! The same thing happened to us. We were in the queue at 10:45 and made it to 4 minutes remaining before it closed. Seeing multiple posts of people who opened browsers after 11 and still got tickets. It's very disappointing and frustrating.
