Monthly Annual Dues and Member Website

I decided last week to change my MF's payment to auto deduct from my checking account.

I faxed DVC the paperwork and they said to follow up a week later just to be sure everything was received.

When I look at the member website, it still shows the dues the way it did before. When you have things set up for monthly deduction, does this show up on the website in some manner?

We're setup for monthly direct debit. When looking at the main dues page in the dues by statement section, ours says 'Direct Debit Statement Amount'. When I click on 'View and Print Statement', there the statement type is direct debit and it shows the breakout of the monthly payments. We've been direct debit since we joined.
 
Thanks! I will check again to see if I see that when I hit print statement. She did tell me that it would take a bit to set it up and that my first payment might not be taken right on the 15th but starting in February it would.

I will follow up tomorrow with the call, but figured if it showed up online, then I would know it was all set.
 
I have the same problem. I called last week to make my second contract an auto deduction (our first contract already has the dues deducted from our checking account). I was told it was taken care of right there on the phone (they already have all of my info from the 1st contract). On the member website it stills lists my 2nd contract's dues as being cash. I think I will wait and see how much gets deducted from my checking account on the 15th before I call.
 

I got a mail from MS saying that they set it up for me, but don't see anything different on the website.
There is also no money taken out of my account yet.

did it go ok for other 'newbies'?
