257/1000. 35 minutes of circuit training today. 210/930 burpees, I try to remember to do them even on my days off.
Q:: Do you ever lie in bed and think that if you wish really hard that you'd open your eyes and be in Disney World? Random question, if there was no such thing as rules and the limits of time and space. If you could wake up ANYWHERE in a Disney Park:
1. Where would you wake up?
2. What would be the first thing you would do?
Awesome! I love the team numbers!Well... I did not wake up at Disney. BUT, waking up to yesterday's numbers was almost as exciting.
Did you know that:
- 14 folks checked in with exercise minutes yesterday?
- We had 8 folks change colors
- AND, we're only 1,172 minutes away from getting to 25%? Only 1,172!! That's totally doable.
Everyone on the team continues to move and feel good about themselves. I LOVE seeing folks write "on track". Remember, go at your own pace and do what feels good for you, just keep moving.
And remember, ROZ is watching...always watching.
Don't give up anybody!!!
Computer problems, late starts, personal issues, injuries, unexpected busy schedules - life throws everything at us (sometimes all at once).
But YOU are Worth making yourself a priority.
I feel really good about this team and this month and I know we can accomplish some pretty great stuff both as a team and individually.
