Monsters Inc Laugh Floor got picked as "That Guy"

We were at MK yesterday and I got picked as "That Guy". My kids thought it was pretty fun, and my wife and my youngest had been the two headed human before, but being "That Guy" was a first lol.

We were sitting about at the middle of the room, and I wasn't on an end, probably 5-6 people away from the end. When I noticed the bright light hitting me, I thought, uh-oh...

I got my sticker afterwards and had people outside saying there's that guy. Fun!

We saw two show yesterday - would have been cool to see you but odds are against it I guess. One of our "That guy's" didn't look happy at all. My dtr just loves that show

My husband has been the guy who "Feels the urge to get up and dance." It was our first trip, so I had my camera in my hand nonstop and snagged a pic of it. It was great

My cousin was picked to be "that guy" he really hammed it up so funny! Bought him a t-shirt at the t-shirt store at DS that says "hey I"m that guy!"

By far our favorite attraction in MK! Imagine I'll be "that guy" one of these times LOL. DD11 got picked for a geography question where they made fun of our schools after the monsters got it wrong. Too funny!!

DD got picked as Boo when she was 6. She hates attention and was mortified. Made us laugh even harder because she would slink down and the monsters kept calling her "disappearing Boo"

Dh was "that guy" once, when we were at MVMCP. He played along- I was a little nervous, as he's not a big Disney fan, but he really was very funny! Because we were in a family costume (we were m&ms… seven of us, seven colors), people from the show recognized him all evening long. He kept the sticker and when we got back home I put it on one of our old "I'm Celebrating" buttons, so now he has a nice souvenir from the night he was "That Guy!"

I was "that guy" too. I loved it but my DD wasn't too thrilled with the attention. I love the way that Disney gets guests involved in some attractions. I wore the sticker all day. Great fun! Cheers!!!!!

I would of loved to have been "that guy." If the audience participates well it can make it a even funnier show then it already is. I've laughed so hard and couldn't breath a couple times.

DH was "that guy" on our last trip. He is a ham and loved it! (He'd also been picked for the Indiana Jones stunt show on our second day.) All week we kept running into people who saw him at either attraction. It was his first time at WDW, so it was pretty awesome.

Several years ago, I tried to go to Laugh Floor. I say tried, because I got a seat in the theater, but they were having technical difficulties. I was looking through my photos during the wait, and got yelled at by a cast member that cameras were absolutely NOT allowed in the theater and I had to put it away.

I was picked on my 17th birthday to do the mind reading, I was horrified! One of my fav attractions but always on edge about getting picked, maybe now that I'm older it wouldn't be so bad, I'm always taking off any pins or hats I have on since I was picked wearing a birthday pin

I love the show, but would not care to be picked. Some men do not seem surprised to be picked, and I figured it was much more likely if you sat in certain places, and that's where they chose to sit. Glad it was a great experience for you!

My wife assumes when I look miserable is when I get picked for it. Nice to sit after being out in the 100 heat. I am a little sweaty and glad to be sitting.

Ok, so what does "that guy" actually have to do, just in case I find myself at the show. Are cameras actually banned? I can't imagine a cell phone sweep at the entrance!
