Monsters Inc characters

I know they used to be in DHS but the area has since been under renovation. Is there somewhere where we can meet sully and mike? My kids would love to meet them more than every other character in Disney combined. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Last year, the Monsters, Inc. characters were at the MNSSHP Dance Party:

I’ve only heard of them meeting in FL for Halloween as PP said and during RunDisney and DVC events
