Got the MONSTER pin, my? is can you buy the DP plan on top of this discount or do you have to pay out of pocket for your food, I was told that I would have to buy tickets separately, can someone please explain how it works when you use this 40% off. I always just book room and magic your way base tickets along with the DDP. but the CM told me 2 day that with this discount that in order to get the whole 40% off the room that I could buy the tickets but could not buy the DDP, I would have to pay for our meals OOP!Any info would be great

we are going in December with my sister who got this pin code sent to her. Can she book two rooms with it so we can get the discount too?

I've never had a problem booking multiple rooms on a pin code. I booked two rooms on a pin last December... my DB, DSIL and nephew went with us, and they don't live with us.

I've had similar issues like this before. The CM just was in the "wrong screen" or confused wanting multiple discounts, who knows. I always use online booking (going through all the processes up to actually placing the order) to know how much I should expect to pay. Multiple times I've had to correct the CM because the figure was off, several times by over $1,000. When I point it out it may take getting put back on hold, but they always have corrected it. I've used the discount before and bought the DDP multiple times. Call back and get a different CM to book and if you've already booked, call back to add the DDP. While I haven't seen this offer's fine print, it's hard to believe it would prevent you from paying full price for something you should be eligible for.

We used a 40 percent off PIN and added tickets AND the regular dining plan. I didn't have any issues at all

I would do as others suggested and call back.

The CM said that I could add the DP but I wouldnt be getN the entire 40% off the room rate. Has anyone really did the math when they got the room only discount and added the tickets and DP. cause when I do the math Disney's quote is more than what I come up with? Is there a way to figure out the cost.

Yes, I always do the math. I never rely only on the CMs math. Like I said in my earlier post. Go online to the Disney site. Use their online booking. Plug in your dates, guests, room etc exactly the way you want...then you can compute 40% off from that. Then add the DDP and subtract to see exactly how much it should cost you. Then add your tickets doing the same thing. Armed with your figures, call back and question the quote you get if it isn't within a few dollars of your computations. Never heard of a pin that if you purchase the DDP it reduces the discount offered for the room.

So take a few minutes, do the online work...called prepared and let us know the happy results.

Got the Monster Savings code yesterday! Tried to use it today on my existing reservation 1BR Villa at Bay Lake Towers but was told I couldn't...I could only use it on a deluxe studio (there are 4 adults in our party so we want the 1BR). Have to wait to see if someone cancels a reservation on a 1BR villa before I can use my 40% discount. Does this sound right?? I doesn't sound like anyone else is having trouble using their discount. Should I call back and speak to a different CM?

It wasn't the monster PIN but one of the earlier ones that I couldn't use on a standard room at WL. I think the deal is they offer only so many rooms that can use the PIN so if they've already booked, say 20 or whatever of that type of room with the PIN, they can't do any more. Kinda like the frequent flyer seats on airplanes -- only a handful of seats can be "paid for" with frequent flier miles. Good Luck!
