Monster Lab Nintendo DS Help...

I got my DS Monster Lab for his Nintendo DS he loved the game but now he has gotten to a certain level the game won't allow him to move on. It seems to be a glitch. We tried the game in another console and same glitch. I bought it from Amazon but of course it has been opened. What would you do and/or whom would you contact?

Can you try doing a google search of the game for hints? I've done that with some of my sons' games in the past and researched the level they're stuck on. Some of the online guides will give you hints as to what to do/where to go next to move on to the next level. There were many times I thought that there was something wrong with the game, not knowing that if I just turned left, exploded something on the right and found the secret passage I could move on! Doesn''t hurt to try! Goood luck!
