Monster Inc restaurant

I read this comment on Dis news on YouTube by Whaler needs to act and he has a very good idea for restaurant. He wants a Monster Inc restaurant like that Japanese steakhouse in the movie.
What do you think?

That could actually be fun. Monsters is an under-leveraged property. I'd love to see a real Monsteropolis land, though I have no idea where they would put it!

They could always retheme Teppan Edo...

Because if they built that, maybe they'd finally give us the door roller coaster that seems like a no-brainer attraction.

But yeah...Harryhausen's would be a fun add and it would fit well if they did some kind of Monsters Inc land.
