Monorail ?

The DLH is at one end of DD, it's just past the ESPNzone. Depending on your tower, it's only a few minutes walk,

And I know it's probably only about 13 - 15 minutes to *walk* from DLH, through DD to the esplanade, so to many what is the point of taking the monorail?

However, 15 minutes in the morning is different than 15 minutes in the evening with tired kids. Plus, If you're in tomorrowland (our favorite part of the park), you first have to walk to the front gates (another 10 - 13 minutes) say, so from tomorrowland to the DLH by walk it's close to 30 minutes of jostling through the crowds at the end of the day, vs. a quick monorail ride.

Also, folks staying at a Disney Resort have their own gate to access the mono-rail, so we can frequently just walk-on to the monorail to get back to the DLH, even when there is a line at the monorail from folks who are just wanting to take it for a ride.
