Monorail work?

I'm a little confused about the monorail work going on while we're there. We have an 8:15am ADR at BoG on a Tuesday next month - what is the most efficient way to get there by 745am? We are staying at CSR, but won't have to take a bus - my husband is dropping us off wherever ... where should that be?? The TTC? I don't think I want to have my mother walk from the Contemporary with all of the walking we'll be doing at the park.

The Resort Monorail is currently not starting until 8:30 AM on Tuesdays and the Express Monorail is not starting until 9:30 AM on Tuesdays.

There will be buses running from TTC to Magic Kingdom to compensate,but I'm not sure what time they would start.

I would "bite the bullet" and walk from the Contemporary-you would be in "control" that way.

Other than that option - is there the option to take a bus from one of the monorail resorts to MK, or do those start later also? How do people get to MK for a pre-park bfast??

Buses will be running in the same loop as the monorail prior to the monorail start up in the morning. The buses usually start around 90mins prior to park opening.

The monorails have been operating on the modified services listed below (except Epcot beam way) for over a year now. Below is the modified service for the next few months I found over at WDWinfo. The monorail shut down on Wednessday and Thursday has only been Express over the past year, not sure if it's including all beam ways in the coming weeks.

Epcot Beam Overnight Closures- 11:00 PM Sundays- 9:00 Mondays, 11:00 PM Mondays- 9:00 AM Tuesdays

Express Beam Overnight Closures- 11:30 PM Sundays- 9:30 AM Mondays, 11:30 PM Mondays- 9:30 AM Tuesdays

(Express???) Monorail Shutdown- 11:30 AM- 6:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Resort Beam Overnight Closures - 12:00 AM- 8:30 AM Mondays, 12:00 AM- 8:30 AM Tuesdays

We used valet parking at the CR with no problems yesterday. We told the lady at the parking toll booth that we had a reservation & needed to get to CR and she let us through. If your DH is dropping you off, just have him do it across the street from the CR where the sidewalk begins. It was an easy walk and we were there well before 7:45. I didn't want to take any chances with transportation from the TTC!
