Monorail use during COVID Reopening?

Hi there,

My young son and I will be golfing at the Disney Magnolia course the week on the 13th. We are not staying on property. Was just curious if the monorail will be open and if we could take a quick ride on it (maybe from the TTC, assuming we could find a place to park) or if that is limited only to resort guests or guests with ticketed reservations? Any insights are appreciated. Thanks.
