Monorail still shut down at certain times?

Just wondering if there are certain times the monorail is not running. I thought I had a seen a post earlier about refurbishments still going on. Have an adr at 1900 Park Fare and will be at MK before that.

Yes, refurbishment is ongoing. Check the schedules when you arrive at WDW as they have varied by week.
