Monorail start time question

It is my understanding that the monorail begins operations 1 hour before park opening. My question is: is that 1 hour before any park opening?

My situation: I will be staying off-site and driving to the parks each day. I have a 7:15 a.m. breakfast scheduled at Chef Mickey's. I would like to park at the TTC and take the first monorail, then after breakfast get back on the monorail to get to MK. However, MK doesn't open until 9 am that day, and neither does EP. There is an EMH park that opens at 8 a.m., but it is AK. So, I am not sure what time the monorail will begin operations. (FYI, I'm looking at March 26).

Its easiest to walk from the Contemporary to the MK. The resort monorail goes clockwise so when boarding at the Contemporary you'll next stop at TTC, then Poly, then GF and finally MK. You can walk this faster.

The resort (local) monorail should be running, it's scheduled to start at 7 a.m. daily. The express is the monorail that starts an hour before park opening and even that one often starts earlier.
