Monorail Shutdown

Can anyone confirm that the Monorail Shutdown is now over? We will be there next week (March 25-30) and I was wondering if the Monorails will be fully operational or not.

I believe they are running normally now. I haven't seen anything that says they aren't. I do know that the Theme Parks board was nutty when the monorail was not running fully. Nothing has been discussed about it for a few days now.
But...be advised. The monorail has been having issues more and more lately. So, plan accordingly. Always leave enough time to get to your destination...just in case there is a delay along the line somewhere.

Thank you.. this is the same advice I have gotten from my parents and sister who were there last week... We'll plan on leaving plenty of time to get from Epcot to the Contemporary for Chef Mickey's.

The monorail reduced hours are still ongoing and I have heard nothing about when they will resume normal operations.

I have only seen the schedule thru Sat 3/24 and the MK monorails will continue to close 1 hour after park close (except Tues 3/20 when the express runs till 2AM), while the EPCOT monorail will close at 10PM every night. I have to imagine that next week will be the same.

I don't believe that is what the OP was thinking about, but I could be wrong. The hours you mention are the current regular, standard operating hours...not the same as the 11-6 shutdown.

To be clear, yes, I was talking about the 11-6 shutdown. This is the one that would affect how we go from Epcot to the Contemporary for an ADR

Yes, the mid-day monorail service appears to be back to normal.

The trains have been running normally for the past 3 days, and the advisory about the shutdown has been removed from the cast web site.
