Monorail Service : Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios

How cool would it they constructed two new monorail pathways to the rest of the parks! Or would that just be a logistical nightmare? What do you think? With Avatar land opening late next year the bus system to Animal Kingdom may not cut it.

Considering how often they break down, probably not a good idea. Not going to happen, expensive to build and expensive to maintain.

It would be somewhat challenging in my opinion. If you had a monorail go from Epcot to HS, you would need to cross through the Epcot resort area (BC, YC, Swan, Dolphin, Boardwalk) killing the atmosphere IMO. To go from Epcot to AK, you would need to do something similar. If you instead went HS to AK, you would have Blizzard Beach in the way but you could feasibly go around it. No matter which way you would go, it would be really complex to reconfigure the monorail routes and I don't think people would like the Epcot monorail being down for months, which I think would be the case.

Wishful thinking, but it will never happen.
