I'm looking for a TS lunch suggestion at one of the resorts along the monorail. I want to try some new restaurants this trip and thought this would be a great way to do it on our MK day.

Kona at the Poly is a favorite of ours, we have never had a bad meal there. We also like the Grand Floridian Cafe, I have only had breakfast there, several times but it is a beautiful restaurant and we have always had good food and good service. Have a great trip.

I would second Kona Cafe at the Poly. One of my favorites. Excellent food and decent prices. One of the best values on property.

I agree with O'Hana.. we've never had a bad experience there!

I think Kona is awesome, the sticky wings and sushi ATDF! I also do not think Ohana is open for lunch :(

The Grand Floridian Café is my favorite. Their signature burger is wonderful and I like some of the items on the dessert sampler. You can order the desserts individually. They're only something like $3 and they're the perfect small bite of something sweet with which to end a meal.

Grand Floridian Cafe at the Grand Floridian, or The Wave at the Contemporary. Both are memorable, especially GF Cafe.

Oops.. sorry! If you get a chance to do breakfast or dinner there you should try, it is my children's favorite place to eat

We had dinner there a few years ago. It was wonderful. This year we are having dinner at the California Grill during Wishes. We will probably do Ohana again on our next trip.

I think we will go with the Grand Floridian Cafe. Now, I think I'm going to try and work in Kona Cafe for breakfast somewhere. Hmm.... (Still have 10 days until I can make my ADR's). My sister-in-law will be at the Contemporary starting next Tuesday. I think I'll have her check out The Wave for me and maybe add that too. (Plus we can check out Bay Lake Towers while we are there).

Thanks again.

id say grand fl cafe at gf or kona at poly as well.... just depends on your preference both are good :thumbsup2

we love the grand floridian cafe for lunch :)

we have our november 9th adr for when we arrive at the resort!!

I agree with KONA!!! The Polynesian is SO beautiful that the scenery is enough for me but add awesome food on top of it?? heaven!!!:littleangel:

For lunch I think Kona is the best choice on the monorail. The Wave would be my second choice but I would swap the two if we were talking about dinner.
