Monorail Question?

Where does the monorail go? Does it just take you to Epcot?

We're going to try to stay at WL and I'm wondering how practical it would be to go to the Poly or Contemp to hop onto the monorail. I know my 5 yr old son would love ridining on it. Also, would it be easier to catch the monorail to Epcot or just get on a bus at WL?

Monorail goes to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It will also take you to the TTC, Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Contemporary.

There are three monorail lines.

#1 Resort Monorail. Goes clockwise around Seven Seas Lagoon. It goes, TTC-Poly-GF-MK-CR-TTC

#2 MK express monorail. It runs counter-clockwise around Seven Seas Lagoon. It only stops at the MK and TTC.

#3 Epcot monorail - This monorail runs from TTC to Epcot and back.

I would just take a bus to Epcot from WL.

We always take the boat to CR and take the monorail for fun. Don't forget to ask the platform attendant if you can ride with the conductor. Up to 4 people can ride up there at one time.
