Monorail Question?

This may be the wrong forum - if it is sorry! We are staying at the Poly. DH and I have 9pm ressies at California Grill. We figure about a 2 hour dinner. Will the resort monorail still be running?

Or at least it did when we were there in Dec. I think it runs until midnight. I'm sure someone on this board will know the official and correct answer.

It runs until at least 11pm each night. If the MK is open late, it runs for I believe two hours past closing. So you might be out of luck if the MK closes at 9 or earlier on the night you will be dining.

Note that if for some reason the monorail isn't running when you are done, a cab back is going to cost you, what, $5. Don't let stress about getting back room creep into your wonderful dinner.

The Resort Monorail will run until 11pm, *OR* 90 minutes after MK or Epcot closes, whichever is LATER.

It's never worth it to stress about transportation within WDW. Cast members are very good about finding you a way back to your resort. That might mean a hour total trip to downtown disney via bus and then transferring to another bus to your resort, or it might mean a couple of bucks for a cab, or they might just call a Disney van to pick you up and take you straight to your resort. You'll get there.

Since you'll be at the Contemporary, you might be able to walk to the buses at the Magic Kingdom and take a bus straight to your resort. It's not far at all.
