I don't know about kids sizes but I found them at the Pop gift shop and at a little gift cart thing at the entrance of the Epcot monorail station. Maybe someone else can confirm if they are still there or tell you about kids sizes... I took that picture in September 2008.

Somewhere on this site, someone recommended www.zazzle.com for disney tees, I was browsing there a few days ago and saw monorail tees similar to the one pictured.
