Monorail operating hours

We have an ADR for CRT breakfast on June 5th at 8:10am. Does anyone know what time the monorails begin running? We are staying at SOG and usually walk to the Poly for the monorail to the park. We will have a rental car with us as a back-up. Thanks for your help.

While the BOATS (Bay Lake and Seven Seas lagoon) may more closely follow this rule, it has not been true for the buses or Monorail for quite some time.

They run VERY early...
Buses (sometimes called "Restaurant Runners") operate to ALL parks from/to the resorts starting 2 (or more) hours before regular park opening times.
(Even for the parks that are not open that morning for EMH).
Resort Monorails start looping even before 7am... Disney knows there are guests trying to hit early ressies... it does their ADR schedule no good if guests can't get to the restaurants on time.

How late do the monorails run at night? Is it an hour after the last park closes (Epcot or MK) including the new Extra hours?

We saw the monorails running at 6:45 AM this past weekend. I am not sure if they had people in them that early or not though.

At the Contemporary the sign said the monorail runs 7AM-12 midnight
