Monorail Maintenance Dates firm??

Hello all! How firm are the dates for the monorail being down? We're going at the end of April, staying at BLT. Can I count on them being done by then? If not, I'm going to switch resorts and save some money since the convenience isn't there without the monorail.

That looks to be nearly a month after the projected closure should have ended,
but if you are looking for a "guarantee," there is no way to know in advance.

Yes, a month...but it wouldn't be the first construction project to be a month behind. I am looking for more of a construction progress update vs. a guarantee.

I don't think what WDW is doing with the monorail is anything about which we can gauge progress. In other words, no one here knows. You're probably safe, but there are no guarantees.

Just wanted to throw in there that it isn't closed down completely, only certain times of the day. You may already know that, but, it wasn't mentioned so I thought I'd post that, just in case.

What are the dates it will be down?

I was just at the Yacht Club last week. According to the transportation schedule for that week through 02/01, the monorail was to be down from 11:30am -7:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Both express and resort.

The schedule shows that both lines were running a full schedule on Sunday, Thursday, and Saturday, with no breaks in service.
I don't know if that is the schedule going forward, as my schedule only went through 02/01 as I mentioned.

I never had the need to ride it to confirm the schedule.
