Monorail interruption Monday Aug. 24th

Sorry if this was already discussed. Just back from WDW.

On Monday -- looked like emergency (unplanned) repair on Express Monorail at MK (by the back of GF) at about 6pm. Anyone see this and/or know what happened? TIA.

Don't really know about Monday, but on Saturday 8/22 evening, we saw the tow Monorail on the tracks, and another monorail on hold between GF and MK and thought outloud that there were LOT's of people on the walkway between MK and the Contemporary, then we heard folks talking about somebody dropped a laptop on the track somehow, and as a monorail ran over the laptop, it damaged a track portion, and/or a monorail.

I have not heard anything about that, however earlier this month on the 15th around 9:00 PM I was on a Monorail going from Epcot to the TTC and during the ride it stopped on the tracks will before the TTC which was weird. Well the Monorail driver came on and said there was a minor glitch or something with the Monorail we were in, so we had to go slowly into the TTC so it took a bit longer and that Monorail was going out of service for the night.
