Just got back from MK. At the TTC they have you board the express monorail from the former exit side. The entrance side is under construction. When you reach the MK you still get off on the side you always did.
To return from MK to the TTC you must take the Resort monorail which stops at all the resorts. At the TTC you must walk down the ramp and around if you want to go to Epcot.
Sure wish they had more monorails on the Resort beam. If you miss one at MK it take awhile for the next one to come.
