monorail from MK to epcot if epcot is closed

We will have hoppers and we are staying at the BW. Will be leaving MK around 9:00 pm and taking monorail to epcot. If Illuminations is over with and we don't arrive at Epcot until around 10:00, can we walk through FW to WS and exit the park back at the international gateway toward the BW? Is that allowed after Epcot is "closed?"

No. You would need to take the bus to BW from MK (or whatever mode of transportation you have, rental car, Uber, taxi, etc)

You can surely take the monorail from MK to TTC then TTC to Epcot at 10pm no problem. Monorails on the Epcot beam usually run until 11pm under normal service. However once Epcot closes and illuminations end they will not let you walk through the park. So as stated above your best and fastest option will be the bus from MK to the BW.
