Monorail from Epcot to Poly??

I was looking at a map and I thought I seen a monorail from Epcot to the Polynesian?? In case we go to Epcot on our arrival day instead of MK..

There is no direct monorail. You take the monorail from Epcot to the TTC and then transfer to the resort monorail to the Poly.

Very short. The TTC is right next to the Poly. We take that walk each trip when we eat at KOna. It's clearly marked. I'd venture to say you can beat the Monorail 9 out of 10 times.

Actually the walk can be done in 5 minutes if you walk briskly. Also, to walk straight to the GCH of the Poly, veer left as soon as you can after you get on the short trail that goes to the Poly. That's a more direct route to the GCH. The trail you're on when you enter the Poly kind of winds around the resort a bit before heading to the Volcano pool/GCH area. I believe there are small signs directing you to go left to head to the GCH and straight to go to other places. Going left takes you nearer the front of the resort, where the GCH is. This is going from the TTC to the GCH of the Poly.

If walking to the TTC from the Poly, just try to find a path as close to the front of the resort as possible. That will generally lead you to the little cut through path to the TTC.

There is a monorail that goes from Epcot to a place called the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center). It is a "hub", and it's on the outskirts of the Poly. You can walk to the TTC from the Poly in 5 or so minutes. Another option is to hop on the resort monorail from the Poly and go around to the TTC.

grimley is right. Stay to the left as you enter the Poly grounds and walk right along the sidewalk bordering the parking lot. It is a more "direct" route than the marked path. And The Great Cerimonial House is easily spotted just as soon as you leave the TTC.

Monorail from EPCOT to TTC. I would walk to Poly from TTC unless when you are arriving at TTC you see a monorail coming then you could Monorail over. Its not really worth the wait unless that is what you want to do.

What used to happen to us is that we'd see the monorail sitting there. We'd walk on up--and that's when the doors would close and it would head on out!!!
After one or two instances of that, we decided to just walk...
