Monorail and DLH

How long does it take to walk from the Monorail station by DTD to each of the towers in the DLH?

Is this a stroller-accessible walk (I seem to remember that the stairs were faster, but I can't remember if there is an elevator or a ramp to use instead)?

NO long at all! Yes..there is an elevator for strollers.
