Monopoly games advice, please

Am interested in purchasing either the Disney or Theme parks edition of Monopoly. Which is better, in your opinion, and why?

I have looked at these. I liked the Disney one best. But I have yet to buy it.

Watch the Toys R Us advertisements. Every once in awhile, Parker Brothers ( the maker ) has a two for one sale. I've only seen it held through TRU, but it makes it more affordable. There are several other Disney theme games such as Sorry and a couple others that escape me at the moment. I'm still looking for a discounted version of Clue.....looks like I'm going to have to break down and pay full price at the park.
